Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS and estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Asia (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia): 10–21 business days
- Middle East (UAE): 10–21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
